Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) arrived as broken, damaged, ripped, torn, cut or with any missing items will not be charged for return shipping costs. Customer is responsible to report to us within 3 days of receipt of package of any of the above issues.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will send your exchanged product at no charge, one-time (domestic only). Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We will send you your exchanged item(s) Product within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
