  • Please allow up to 3 days for processing orders.
  • Complimentary ground shipping within 7 to 10 business days.
  • In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days.
  • Express delivery options also available for additional charge.
  • Specialty items not carried in-store are subject to an additional processing time of 7-10 days.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, and shoe boxes (when applicable). You have 30 days from the day you received your item(s) to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Florals and Stripes Boutique.

Non-returnable items:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered or damaged.
  • The item(s) are in any way ripped, cut or torn from the original and saleable condition.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale are Non-Returnable.
  • Returns received after the 30-day return period are accepted at our discretion.

 

Your package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning the item(s) to Florals and Stripes Boutique with tracking confirmation for your return postage. This cost is non-refundable.

Item(s) arrived as broken, damaged, ripped, torn, cut or with any missing items will not be charged for return shipping costs. Customer is responsible to report to us within 3 days of receipt of package of any of the above issues.

To complete your return, you may email us at returns@floralsandstripesboutique.com  or start the electronic return request to return the items. All item(s) must be mailed to our returns center.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@floralsandstripesboutique.com and send your item to:

We will send your exchanged product at no charge, one-time (domestic only). Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We will send you your exchanged item(s) Product within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not accept exchanges if:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered.
  • The item(s) are in any way defective, ripped, cut or torn from the original and saleable condition.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item.

Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

  • Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.
  • Please write in detail which item(s) you want exchanged.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We process all refund requests within 48 hours upon receiving your package.

  • Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
  • Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
  • Shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

We will only perform refunds or exchanges for the following reason:

  • The items you receive are the wrong size and you have already reviewed our sizing charts.
  • If your item(s) arrived as broken, damaged, ripped, torn, cut or with any missing items then a refund will be granted for those items and must be reported to us within 3 days.  

 

We do not accept exchanges if:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered.
  • The item(s) are in any way defective, ripped, cut or torn from the original and saleable condition.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If you only return part of your items that you ordered then refund will be granted based on what you returned.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, ripped, cut or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  
  • Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sales price and a merchandise credit will be issued.

We will always email you prior to granting a refund in these situations.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Florals and Stripes Boutique accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
